We are Giulia and Cora, two yoga teachers and well-being facilitators who met in Valencia while designing wellness experiences for a vibrant international community.
Our journeys into yoga began differently, yet both were sparked by a profound personal need for transformation.
Cora, originally from Argentina, discovered yoga as a teenager while navigating a scoliosis diagnosis. What began as a personal healing practice has grown into more than 25 years of
dedicated experience, including four immersive years of study in an ashram in India. She has continued to deepen her knowledge through extensive training in the Iyengar method and
guidance from respected teachers worldwide. With a parallel background in the Arts and Design, Cora brings a unique creative sensibility to her teaching, blending mindful precision with a dynamic, imaginative approach. Today, she offers inclusive practices tailored with adaptability to all ages and body types, where discipline and creativity meet.
Giulia, from Italy and with a background in corporate marketing, alongside her professional path cultivated a personal yoga practice to support her well-being. After navigating burnout she experienced a pivotal inner and professional shift that led her to dive deeper into the study of yoga. What began as a personal journey to restore balance has become her life’s work and
purpose.
With exceptional creativity and organization, she brings conscious experiences to life. Her perspective brings fresh energy into her classes and events, empowering those around her to slow down and bloom.
Together, we create spaces where individuals and professionals can pause, reconnect, and find clarity in work and life. Our mission is to share the transformative power of yoga and holistic
practices by crafting experiences that inspire purpose, balance, and energy. With our combined passion and expertise, we help others unlock their full potential and embrace a meaningful,
focused, and joyful life.
